April 2009 –  We are sending down a team of men from Church Of  The Valley located in Strasburg, VA to the Christian Appalachian Project located in Hagerhill, KY.    As many of you are aware, Kentucky has been hard hit with winter storms.  Thousands of the poor of this nation are without power and/or they are finding it extremely difficult to navigate through the mountains to get food for their families.

C.A.P. covers 13 States from Southern New York to Mississippi.

If you would like to help us with needed funds for food, repairs, etc.  please send a check to:  Hope and Helps Ministry, PO Box 2125, Front Royal, VA 22630.  The entire amount that you send will be hand-delivered to the Christian Appalachian Project.

Proverbs 21:13 - Whoever shuts his ears to the cry of the poor, will also cry himself and not be heard.

Hope and Helps

Hope and Helps Ministry is raising financial relief and sending medical supplies to Christian Pastors, Evangelists, and Bible Women in Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist and communist nations who are persecuted and in need of assistance. The goal of Hope and Helps Ministry is to reach the lost for Jesus Christ and encourage those who are believers. We are faith-based, trusting in God's provisions as we serve Him. Hebrews 11:6 - "Without faith it is impossible to please God." . It is our intention and prayer that the Body of Christ in the United States will reach out to the needs of their less fortunate brothers and sisters in third-world nations. By doing this believers will be fulfilling the great commission.
