Bore Wells
As of April 2009 - we have completed fifteen bore wells in India. Our India brethren are evangelizing at each of the bore wells and we are hearing wonderful salvation stories that are a direct result of CLEAN, FRESH, PURE WATER being given to both the christian and the hindu men and women. We have even heard that, in some cases, the hindu are moving their villages closer to the wells. Hindu are giving their life to Jesus and becoming a part of the family of God — new brothers and sisters. They will be discipled and raised up to become evangelists or perhaps, pastors themselves.
Many hindu people are benefiting from our well projects, and end up coming to church huts, to hear more about Jesus Christ. THESE BORE WELLS ARE TEARING DOWN “RELIGIOUS” BARRIERS, SO AS TO REACH SOULS FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD. This shows how God turns our small donations into life-changing, and soul-winning situations.

SENDING HELP

Your Christian brothers and sisters around the world are suffering from lack of food, clothing, shelter, proper medical care and a lack of spiritual food (Bibles and Christian literature). But, more importantly, they are lacking our love and compassion to reach out and help them with basic needs for their families.
If you are not able to go yourself into the mission field, please help your brothers and sisters already in other countries to pastor and evangelize their own nations. People are dying and heading for eternity without God, Jesus said: “There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth”, where they are going! Someone needs to tell them the TRUTH! The pastors you will be giving to are giving the lost an opportunity to accept Jesus as Lord and Savior! Our pastors disciple their flocks and train others to reach the lost. Over the years, we have seen many, many church plants and thousands come to the Lord. Your brethren are pouring their hearts out to God offering up fastings and prayers on your behalf when you send them the help they so desperately need in these poor nations.
Your funds will help Christians, like yourself, in other nations: feed the poor, pray for the sick, take in widows and orphans, help with their medical needs, care for lepers, taking in the leper children after the parents have died, house the elderly, teach widow women a trade such as sewing, putting the poor into schools to be educated, clothing the poor, and most of all teaching them the Word of God!
Saints in other countries are asking the United States Christians for help! Currently, we are assisting your brothers and sisters in China, India, Kenya and the Sudan. Hope and Helps currently has over two hundred pastors in India. We have over one hundred that could use a family in the United States to help them. Our prayer is that you will join us and a pastor in India while the harvest is ripe to fulfill the Great Commission given to us by our Lord Jesus Christ.
Psalm 108:4-6 - “For your mercy and loving kindness are great and high as the heavens! Your truth and faithfulness reach to the skies! Be exalted, O God, above the heavens! And let your glory fill all the earth. That your beloved may be delivered, save with your right hand … answer us.”
By all of us helping the Pastors, Bible Women, Clinic Doctors, Evangelists, etc., already in India and working in the harvest field, we will be assisting them in bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost in their nation.
Galations 6:6 - “Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches.”
Galations 6:10 - “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.”
